Chinese Food

Ah truly, Chinese food was meant to be eaten with the family.
Never has there been a cuisine more suited to large groups.
Chinese food is not about the dish, but the interaction of the dishes.
Chinese food is not a solitary experience, but memorable because of the conversation, the commotion, ...the Company.

This weekend culminated in dim sum with a group of friends totalling 14 persons!
These 14 persons came from all parts of my life from relatives, to high school friends, to vacation friends, to New York friends.
By far the most persons I have had dim sum with.
I think my previous best was around 10-12 persons.
But 14 people around a round table is quite an experience.

And the other great thing about Chinese food?
The more people you have, the cheaper it gets!
$8 per person for dim sum...unbeatable.

It was like finding a pot of gold on an otherwise rainy weekend.
