R.U.B.

Rub a tub tub, three ribs and a tub of beans.
R.U.B. stands for Righteous Urban Barbecue and it is good.
Tonight we had baby back ribs, St. Louis pork ribs, chicken wings, potato salad, onion strings, cole slaw, and beans.
The baby backs were smoky,
the St. Louis were super tender,
the wings a bit vinegary for me,
the potato salad was mild and cool,
the onion strings were sweet and fried,
the beans were as good if not better than Dreamland's in Alabama (bean sauce, ummmm)
the cole slaw I did not eat,
and the barbecue sauce was sweet and tangy.
